Our Mandate

Not a fund.
Not a broker.

A trusted advisory institution, positioned at the intersection of government, capital, and enterprise.

CAO — Capital Advisory Office — exists because the most consequential decisions made by GCC family offices are rarely investment decisions alone. They are governance decisions, succession decisions, and relationship decisions.

We serve family principals who require discretion above all else, and who understand that the quality of advice is inseparable from the quality of the relationship. CAO operates on an invitation-only basis, accepting a limited number of member offices each year.

Our role is not to manage your capital. It is to ensure that the people, structures, and opportunities around your capital are worthy of it.

What We Do

Four capabilities.
One trusted relationship.

Every service CAO delivers flows from a single mandated relationship — not a transactional engagement. We work with a small number of member offices at any time, by design.
01
Deal Flow Curation
Sourced, screened, and structured investment opportunities across private equity, real estate, healthcare, technology, and infrastructure — aligned to each member's mandate and liquidity profile. Less than 5% of reviewed opportunities reach our members.
02
Co-Investment Syndicates
CAO-led SPVs enabling member family offices to participate in transactions at scale, with shared due diligence, aligned economics, and the privacy that individual co-investors rarely achieve alone.
03
Governance Advisory
Board structuring, family constitutions, investment policy statements, succession frameworks, and family council facilitation. The architecture that ensures capital survives generational transition intact.
04
Strategic Introductions
Access to a network that spans government ministries, sovereign wealth institutions, founders seeking patient capital, and family offices across the GCC, South Asia, Europe, and Southeast Asia — made with full discretion and purpose.
Membership

Invitation only.
Three levels of engagement.

CAO membership is extended by invitation following a private introductory conversation. Founding members — those who join in 2026 — receive preferred economics and permanent advisory table access.

My career has been spent at the intersection of government, capital and enterprise. CAO is the natural expression of that — a trusted bridge between family principals and the opportunities, people and structures that create enduring wealth.

Mana Al Suwaidi is a UAE national with over 25 years operating across sovereign investment, government diplomacy, and private enterprise. His work with the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority — including nomination to the High-Level Investment Committee and the Investment Advisory Committee for the Indian Subcontinent — placed him at the centre of sovereign wealth strategy and cross-border capital flows.

As former Commercial Attaché at the UAE Embassy in New Delhi, he played a pivotal role in strengthening the UAE–India economic corridor. His career across government and private sector spans Emirates Post Group, Dubai Tourism, and 13 years building Franchise Middle East into the region's leading franchise investment platform — generating over USD 100 million in potential deals.

Today, his focus is exclusively on advising family offices, institutional investors, and sovereign entities on capital deployment, governance structure, and the strategic partnerships that create generational wealth.
